How do I return an item?


Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned to Chase Edward within 30 days of original purchase date with the original receipt or invoice. 


Return Authorization

All returns will require a return authorization number. Please call Chase Edward customer service at 1.203.463.3313 prior to shipping your return. The authorization number must be written on your invoice. Returns received without authorization will not be accepted.


Returns with an Original Sales Receipt


Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return. Please allow 10-14 days to process the return.


Returns without a Receipt


Refunds will defer to account history and price paid based on order number, if provided by customer. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.


Easy Returns

Included in your purchase is a return label. You are required to receive a return authorization prior to sending us your return.


Returning or Exchanging Items


  • Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the invoice and note the reason why in the blank space provided.
  • Indicate whether want us to credit the card used to place the order or exchange it for another like item. We will pay for shipping for exchanged items shipped via UPS Ground Service.
  • Include your return authorization number on the invoice
  • Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the original invoice.
  • If you choose not to use our easy returns label you may ship to the address listed below. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.


Credit Card Refunds


On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
