How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Please contact customer service at toll free 1-800-XXX-XXXX to be issued a return authorization code. Returns cannot be accepted without authorization. Please enclose your return in the original packaging with all tags affixed with the original receipt or invoice. Use the easy returns label included in your purchase for your return. Please allow 10-14 days to process the return.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned to Chase Edward within 30 days of original purchase date with the original receipt or invoice. 


Return Authorization

All returns will require a return authorization number. Please call Chase Edward customer service at 1.800.XXX.XXXX prior to shipping your return. The authorization number must be written on your invoice. Returns received without authorization will not be accepted.


Returns with an Original Sales Receipt


Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return. Please allow 10-14 days to process the return.


Returns without a Receipt


Online refunds will defer to account history and price paid of order number, if provided by customer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


Easy Returns

Included in your purchase is a return label. You are still required to receive a return authorization prior to sending us your return.


Returning or Exchanging Items


  • Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the invoice and note the reason why in the blank space provided.
  • Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order via UPS Ground Service.
  • Include your return authorization number on the invoice
  • Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the original invoice.
  • If you choose not to use our easy returns label you may ship to the address listed below. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.


Credit Card Refunds


On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.


When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
